BACON CHEESEBURGER COOKIES
1 14 OZ. can beef broth
4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup corn meal
1 cup non-fat dry milk powder
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 jar bacon bits
1/2 to 2/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Mix it all up and roll out on a lightly floured surface. Cut into bone shapes or any cookie shape you like and bake at 300 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Be sure to grease the cookie sheet or spray it with cooking spray first so the bones don't stick to it!! Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

SNICKERPOODLES
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup solid shortening
1 cup honey
2 eggs
3 3/4 cups white flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix the oil, shortening, & honey until smooth. Add the eggs and beat well. Blend in the dry ingredients. Knead dough until well mixed. Shape rounded teaspoons of dough into balls. Mix the cornmeal & sugar in a small bowl & roll the dough balls into it. Press the balls down with a fork on a cookie sheet sprayed with a cooking spray. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
